1. This offer is open to all UK residents of mainland United Kingdom aged 18 or over.
2. A free champagne reception is available for sit down Christmas meals for all confirmed bookings at any Pitcher & Piano establishment by 30/09/09. Deposits must be paid for parties to be eligible for the free champagne reception.
3. This offer is not available for Christmas drinks and canapés bookings held at any Pitcher & Piano establishment
4. A 25% deposit of the total bill is required for drinks and canapés bookings. This deposit should be paid in full no later than one month prior to the date of the booking if appropriate.
5. £5 per head is required for full sit down Christmas meals held at any Pitcher & Piano establishments. This deposit should be paid in full no later than one month prior to the date of the booking if appropriate.
6. Until all deposits are paid, the booking will remain unconfirmed and therefore not guaranteed.
7. All sit down Christmas meal and canapés bookings held between Sundays and Wednesdays will receive 10% off their total food bill, subject to availability.
8. Any cancellations must be made at least 14 days prior to the date of the booking. Any cancellations within 14 days of the booking date will be charged the 25% deposit of the total bill for drinks and canapés and £5 per head for the sit down Christmas meal.
9. Party organisers must contact the relevant bar by 10am the day before a confirmed party is to take place if any members of the party cannot attend.
10. Management cannot guarantee your table reservation if a party does not arrive on time.
11. These offers are non-transferable and there is no cash alternative.
12. These offers cannot be used in conjunction with any other promotion, offer or discount and is not open to any employee of the promoter or their families.
13. The promoter reserves the right to withdraw or amend these offers in the event of any unforeseen circumstances outside their reasonable control.
14. This promotion and these terms and any dispute arising under or in connection with them are governed by English law and subject to exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts.
